Let me get this right? Someone builds a mod and releases it for free and others make money on the mod of someone's work and does not abide by the EULA? If people are hungry for money i think that a job in the real world would pay more then donations for ingame pointless vehicles. i mean i work hard for my money to donate 100$ bucks for a ingame car. id rather give an honest donation of my choosing and not expect anything in return. But then again money is money...

I'd also like to say that Eclipse argued their case but then decided to follow their demands of removing certain features from the script, such as the vehicle import. Despite that, they still decided to keep Eclipse blacklisted because one of the founders got into a personal argument with one of the leads on GT-MP. That's not fair, given that Eclipse met the demands that they put in place, within the given timeframe. If they had any sanity or professionalism, they would've lifted the blacklist after being given information that the demands was met.Â

Are you two aware that GT-MP stole the code from GTA:N (GTA NETWORK)? They were part of the development team on GTA Network which has its own project lead, named Adam. If you work for a company in real life, you don't get to take the work with you back home when you quit, which is essentially what they did. They have no right to enforce any EULA or alike on Eclipse given how they achieved to make GT-MP happen in the first place. Shady people remain shady, there's a reason why GT-MP only has 1 developer left and a support manager that owns a large botnet.
It's not their platform, it's GTA Network's platform.Â-
