  1. Hello, I'm ID 111 from the video. From the very moment we made our way into the cell block, the roleplay between yourself and ID 60 made little to no sense. First of all, it was pretty clear to us that ID 60 was in on this scheme, so we were initially hesitant to take your demands seriously. Your video confirms this suspicion, which makes it even more peculiar because your roleplay shows you pushing the pickaxe against the man's neck, drawing blood. Why would someone that's willingly a hostage be fine with his neck being cut open by a fellow inmate? Seems incredibly Non RP from the very beginning to me. You made your demands for food and water clear, which is something that is already provided to you as prisoners, and made it clear you were not interested in negotiating. You continued to act as if a pickaxe is something that can easily draw blood if placed against another individual's neck. Pickaxes are largely blunt, dull tools, they're used for breaking hard objects, they most certainly aren't sharp. In order to assert enough energy to critically injure an individual, you would most likely need to swing the pickaxe with a large amount of force, not simply "push" it into his neck. You didn't get the response you wanted from us, and decided to abandon the entire scenario entirely, favouring to argue in OOC chat instead. We made it clear to you in OOC chat that if you were willing to put in some effort, we would go along with it.
  2. You shouldn't just act on assumptions. I was clearly typing something, so it's safe to say I hadn't just run over and pressed "I" on his body. The video clearly shows you attempting to hit me twice. The first attempt misses, and you end up hitting Oti instead, you reverse the motorcycle, then run me down. The video also shows that the "gun fight" had been concluded before I made my way towards the downed people. You had already fled the scene, so I wouldn't chalk that up as being "nonRP".
  3. Player(s) being reported: ID 42 Date of interaction reported: 09/11/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: U1573283325 Your characters name: Leon Montgomery Other player(s) involved: Oti Maxwell Specific rule(s) broken: Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? While waiting at Central Medical, I heard shots being fired. I decided to run over to see what was going on, and saw multiple bodies on the ground, as well as an individual attempting to flee. I ran over to one of the individuals I knew, and began typing out a /me about kneeling down beside the man. I intended to see if he was okay, but the individual that had fled returned to the scene, and ran me over with his BF400. Not only did he have no reason to kill me, but he missed his first attempt at hitting me, reversed, and tried again. Also, using a motorcycle as a weapon does not make much sense from a roleplaying perspective. (I don't have my Shadowplay set up properly, so you're unable to hear my voice during the recording.) I also was not recording the interaction, that is why the recording that was provided on my behalf was recorded by a third party. I reached out to him, and he no longer has the entirety of the recording saved, only what was previously uploaded.
  6. 700K, as long as you take down all that stuff

Nothing of what was stated has anything to do with Fear RP. Fear RP is not even relevant to this report at all. Your report pertains exclusively to Deathmatching, and the rule is stated as; Demands were clearly given to you, and you made the decision to not comply with them. This justifies us in taking lethal action against you.

Hello, I am Leon Montgomery (ID 4), the main person you're reporting. While this did occur earlier, this is not the reason we were after you. Originally, we found what we assumed was your friend dying in the streets. We intended to steal his vehicle from him, with the intention to chop it. You ended up pulling up, so we unholstered our weapons in attempts to either get you out of the vehicle, or get you to leave. We chased you off to LSC, resulting in you trying to get assistance from the mechanics. We left LSC and returned to your friend, attempted to break into his vehicle, and you ran down ID 60 with your Elegy Retro. This is the point when we were no longer after your friend's vehicle, but intended to take you out. You ran back to LSC, we continued to fire upon you, and eventually you exited the vehicle and were tapped with the bumper of the Sultan. There was never an accusation that you were supposed to be under Fear RP. You did not comply with our demands, so you were chased down, and eventually killed for doing so. There was no expectation for you to exit your vehicle when we took out our guns, but it did give us a reason to take you out. The Vehicle Deathmatching rule states; "Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt.". You were only run over once by the Sultan, which was not even intentional, which is evident by the video you are using as evidence. You were merely tapped by the Sultan, which apparently was enough to finish you off. This part is correct, I did re-approach your body in attempts at finishing you off as it would risk you remembering what had occurred. I attempted to shoot you four times, but unfortunately the shots were not registering due to desync. As stated by the responses above, I did have a reason to kill you, and there was plenty of contextual RP that occurred before you were killed in the parking lot of Los Santos Customs. --- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSW2IvAqaQc Here is some evidence of the events that I explained in my first and second replies to your statements. This evidence was not recorded by me, but by ID 60 which you have involved in the player report.

Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? While responding to a back up call as Mount Chiliad, I pulled up to what seemed like a resolved situation. After arriving, I discovered that one of the individuals had likely crashed, and logged back in on top of his vehicle. I told the individual to get away from the vehicle, which he ignored, all while hopping into the driver's seat. I once again told him to get out of the vehicle, instead, he drove off. I fired four shots before the individual drove his sports car off the cliff of Mount Chiliad, displaying no fear during the entire situation. Note: My Shadowplay wasn't configured correctly, so you're unable to hear my voice in the recording. Evidence of rule breach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onJmimd14Mc
