  1. Congratulations on becoming official, deserved it very much!
  2. Hey, thank you very much for your time and your reply. I respect and understand your decision, the only thing i would like to point out is that from the first 2 dm punishments i have changed a lot. During the first 2 punishments is when i started playing, came from a corrupt sa:mp server and i thought i can get away with a lot of thing. The 2 last punishments I'd seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time as the whole situation happened so quick but i ain't denying the fact that i broke the rules. Once again i would like to say sorry to the reporting party for ruining his RP experience and to the staff for having to deal with one of my appeals again. As i stated before, if i was to receive one and final chance i would be very happy and this time i promise it would be the last time in this appeal section.
  3. Account name:mctfozzi Character name(s): Bill_Kapri Admin who issued punishment:Serthon Date of punishment: 03/09/2019 Punishment received: Permanent ban Reason given for punishment: DM Punishemnt Your explanation of what happened: We pulled up on a cop, we boxed him and the plan was to give demands and get him out of the car, he pressed the panic button and we started shooting. The whole situation happened so quick and in reality we should have just left but we started shooting. In the past hearing the demands would be enough obviously the rules have changed and I was aware of that. I thought that the way he was boxed in, and personally i think my gun was drawn sooner than what he can see but that's irrelevant now, and him pressing that button at that time after attempting to flee would be enough. Why should your appeal be accepted?: I understand and respect the administrators decision for the DM punishment, as they know the rules best and their say is final. I would like to say i'm sorry for being involved in this situation as all my other situation concerning DM have been with this particular person, I now understand that if i want to roleplay here i need to stop playing with that specific person. I cannot put all the blame on him as I am at fault as well as i should have know better. In conclusion i would like to say that i am sorry for doing this and I have already invested a lot time into this game and I would like to carry on the journey. I hope the handling admin will give me one and final chance to prove myself. Post any evidence or further details:
  4. Hey, would like add to what i stated before about if he escaped he would have damaged our property or hurt us the way he was boxed in. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. In the video you can also see that you crash the car into one of our bikes. EDIT: No, i am not trying to find any reason the main reason we started shooting was because you pushed the panic button, in our eyes we we had guns and started pointing sooner than you can see, had you boxed in, in a situation where you would have had to run us over or ram our bike out of the way. You stated that you have already felt threatened by us so when we jump off you knew what was going on, you tried driving off but realized you was boxed in and couldn't so you reach for your panicking button while in your video we can already see we have guns in our hands before we start to point. So you was already fearing for your life, so you try to dip (although it's not against the rules as you can flee in this situation) but then you realize there is no way you getting out so you call for back up. We didn't do this with the intention to kill you but you called for back up in which another 8 units responded.
  5. im 207 in this situation, your car was boxed in by 4 bikes, you reached for your panic button as soon as you see a weapon, you press it on the first demand of hands up. There would of been no way you getting out in this situation without running us over or damaging our bikes, you see weapons and someone saying hands up you reach for your panic button. I think this a breach of fear rp from your side it's the panic button that caused us to shoot, you called people for backup the second we had our guns out and said hands up, bare in mind in our eyes we was already pointing guns sooner than what it shows, unfortunately i dont have my POV but i had a weapon in my hand as soon as i got off the bike and that's when i started aiming,

Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? He stalled his engine, we jumped out trying to rob him and he just clearly faked a time out, we waited for over 15 minutes he didn't come back online(i didn't make any evidence of this so could you just check the times im sure he didn't come back online withing a while). He clearly had something valuable on him so i would like to get that from him as this just completely ruined the RP experience Evidence of rule breach:

Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you.x 9. How did the player break the rule(s)? Someone called cops, i ran away this guy chasing me, i try getting him grounded at gunpoint he is not listening, he is just following me so he can tell the cops where i am and not roleplaying one bit. People like him talk hardly any English , mine all day and don't even know the rules. He is just running round me in circles so it's hard for me to shoot him and not worrying for his life one little bit. This completely ruined my RP experience is it led me to having getting arrested and losing everything i had. Evidence of rule breach: I haven't figured out how to make my voice record on this yet but i think this video is clear enough, i think i've got some more footage if needed.

no sorry i dont have any video evidence, but i think it's quite clear from the screenshots that he didn't have a gun and then he started shooting after our demands, my friend can also verify this

How did the player break the rule(s)? Me and my friend realized he had a gun on him near the bank, we followed him to mors insurance were he eventually got out, as soon as that happened my friend was aiming at him and saying hands up through VOIP, i then joined with my weapon and used the chat command to tell him to put his hands ups. He completely ignored that there was 2 of us with firearms and proceeded to reach for his own firearm which resulted in my and my friend being injured and have all of our items taken, this was also Non-RP as you cannot defend yourself with your firearm tucked behind your trousers against 2 people with firearms. 10. you certainly did not pm me and i see you at the md about 15mins later, my shadowplay does the last 5mins, also we told you were taking your car(robbing it of you) on top of leaving and not coming back, you came back after the police and tried repossesing your own car. So when someone robs your car you need to state that they cant have it back? i think robbing is saying that you are not getting this back
  11. I cannot provide the evidence as i use the shadowplay replay and he didn't mention anything about it on the ooc chat so i could save the evidence. He also broke another one of your demands about his car As in the last video he can be seen jumping in his car and trying to drive off.
  12. considering i was in this situation as well i can say that the guy was not there friend, if he was your friend provide his full name. Also if he was your friend then you are clearly metagaming because you wouldn't of know he was getting robbed, on top of all that, the position you was in there would of been no way you could see inside the house.
  13. Omg, what is the point in trying to lie about me, tell me the exact moment and i will upload the video as i can't upload longer videos due to internet restrictions. I never said FUCK RP or anything like that lol. The whole 4 sentences is a complete lie and it never happened(not by me and Igor anyway) I hope you do check the logs and you find out that this guy is talking utter bullsh*t and he gets a more severe punishment to trying to lie to staff. You are saying your trying to stall the engines, in the videos you can clearly see that your running him over when he is not even on a bike. Edit: i told you i can't upload the full video, at the end of the day the report is about you and not me, i hope they check the logs for your mentioned rule breaches of mine and they punish you a bit worse for trying to lie about me to staff. Your making all this bullsh*t up without any evidence, you saying i shot at the cop before i got out the car, this video show diffferent VIDEO

Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? The guy in the green car hit us multiple times in-game claiming to trying to stall our engines. The police officer broke the fear-rp rule and went straight for his gun when told to put his hands up. Evidence of rule breach:
  15. Hi there, the only situation I am involved is in the DM I am 113. I wasn't there when the chase started but im pretty sure they chased you out of a drug lab. Second we robbed you told you to run away as far away from the place and took your phone batteries so you can't contact anyone, the first minute the police arrive you come running out screaming for help and straight up snitching. That moment we knew you didn't take our word that we will kill you if we see you in that little area (we was looking after our injured friend didn't need a crowd). At the end we could of killed both of you because you didn't comply with us when we said run away and don't come back here but we let one of you live. I don't think this should be classed as DM as after the robbery we told him to leave and he come back and tried telling the police officers we robbed him and stuff when indeed he himself is doing illegal things. EDIT: Again I am saying i wasn't in the chase so i hadn't seen what went on, i come when you was already grounded and on your knees. Your a just being a salty victim You have been robbed, threatened at gun point the robbers tell you to leave the area and not come back and you decide to pop out of the bush when the police gets here on top of all that you snitched. And I would also like to state that i was not the person who shot.
