  1. So your saying mechanics coming and ramming the shit out the car to get it flipped over is good RP? As far as i'm aware there isn't an IC way to flip the car back over, I've been in and seen multiple situations where police/medics/civilians used there car ooc'ly to help someone out so i thought doing something like this isn't unusual. I'm 47 by the way. Edit: I am sorry but every single time i have called a mechanic to get the car flipped back over never, not once, any type of rp like that was initiated. Also to add on top of that i have never been charged by a mechanic to ram the shit out of my car. Also the car does not start after a certain amount of damage i think that covers your point about the damage and repair.

I am not sure what hate your talking about as i am not even directly involved with anything you guys have going on. The reasoning of this report is that you've clearly broke the rule, thought it would be funny to do that to run past grab the bike and try ride off. Your claiming that you purposely crashed but it didn't look like that to us you when you drove up the hill and was driving along the dirt, you tried going up the another hill and you fell off. Unfortunately i don't this evidence of this as you didn't actually do anything wrong and i only saved the replay of the fear rp.

I am sure staff will notice but i would like to point out that if i was invisible to you and you didn't see me point the weapon or whatever, that's considered DM what you did after, as you would of not had no right to shoot at me. Either way i don't think it's acceptable to attack me after you've ignored clear demands.

Player(s) being reported: ID 66 Date of interaction reported: 10/10/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1570711107 Your characters name: Bill Kapri Other player(s) involved: N Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? We had him on his knees, took our eyes of him and gave him a chance to escape (nothing wrong there) but then when we had him at gunpoint again with demands he clearly ignored and stole the bike. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was just checking labs when i ended up interacting with him, had short conversation and i was going to rob him, i was first in getting out of my car, drawing my firearm out and pointing the weapon at him with demands. He ignored them and drove off circled back round and started shooting at me, i understand that after i point a weapon at him he can shoot but i don't think it was acceptable to do after you've just broke the fear rp rule. 6. Thread looking great, nice to see ethnicity gangs.
  7. When this happens you can walk into the md and walk out will fix it. Also you can ask admins to reset your dimensions which is what the problem is.
  8. Congratulations on becoming official, deserved it very much!
  9. Hey, would like add to what i stated before about if he escaped he would have damaged our property or hurt us the way he was boxed in. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. In the video you can also see that you crash the car into one of our bikes. EDIT: No, i am not trying to find any reason the main reason we started shooting was because you pushed the panic button, in our eyes we we had guns and started pointing sooner than you can see, had you boxed in, in a situation where you would have had to run us over or ram our bike out of the way. You stated that you have already felt threatened by us so when we jump off you knew what was going on, you tried driving off but realized you was boxed in and couldn't so you reach for your panicking button while in your video we can already see we have guns in our hands before we start to point. So you was already fearing for your life, so you try to dip (although it's not against the rules as you can flee in this situation) but then you realize there is no way you getting out so you call for back up. We didn't do this with the intention to kill you but you called for back up in which another 8 units responded.
  10. im 207 in this situation, your car was boxed in by 4 bikes, you reached for your panic button as soon as you see a weapon, you press it on the first demand of hands up. There would of been no way you getting out in this situation without running us over or damaging our bikes, you see weapons and someone saying hands up you reach for your panic button. I think this a breach of fear rp from your side it's the panic button that caused us to shoot, you called people for backup the second we had our guns out and said hands up, bare in mind in our eyes we was already pointing guns sooner than what it shows, unfortunately i dont have my POV but i had a weapon in my hand as soon as i got off the bike and that's when i started aiming,

Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? He stalled his engine, we jumped out trying to rob him and he just clearly faked a time out, we waited for over 15 minutes he didn't come back online(i didn't make any evidence of this so could you just check the times im sure he didn't come back online withing a while). He clearly had something valuable on him so i would like to get that from him as this just completely ruined the RP experience Evidence of rule breach:

How did the player break the rule(s)? Someone called cops, i ran away this guy chasing me, i try getting him grounded at gunpoint he is not listening, he is just following me so he can tell the cops where i am and not roleplaying one bit. People like him talk hardly any English , mine all day and don't even know the rules. He is just running round me in circles so it's hard for me to shoot him and not worrying for his life one little bit. This completely ruined my RP experience is it led me to having getting arrested and losing everything i had. Evidence of rule breach: I haven't figured out how to make my voice record on this yet but i think this video is clear enough, i think i've got some more footage if needed.

no sorry i dont have any video evidence, but i think it's quite clear from the screenshots that he didn't have a gun and then he started shooting after our demands, my friend can also verify this

How did the player break the rule(s)? Me and my friend realized he had a gun on him near the bank, we followed him to mors insurance were he eventually got out, as soon as that happened my friend was aiming at him and saying hands up through VOIP, i then joined with my weapon and used the chat command to tell him to put his hands ups. He completely ignored that there was 2 of us with firearms and proceeded to reach for his own firearm which resulted in my and my friend being injured and have all of our items taken, this was also Non-RP as you cannot defend yourself with your firearm tucked behind your trousers against 2 people with firearms.
