What I meant is that I don't think it's fair to tell anyone working for free here what they need to do while giving nothing in return. That being said there are those who are friendly and patient and those who are demanding and obnoxious towards others. I prefer the former

+1 I don't think it's good RP to have to pay twice. First by being in prison and second by actually paying money. Either should suffice. About the people actually leaving the server over this instead of not playing by the rules and drive within the limits, at least at the NCZs: not a huge loss.

+1 for the "scamming should not be allowed there" Not every crime is forbidden inside the NCZs, at least according to the roleplaying guide: Scamming could be easily aded to this. At the same time I think this is OOC scamming and thus also a problem outside of the NCZ. Like why would I (my char) EVER give $1400 for a Taco? If it's played out really well, like e.g. I pay with a credit card and the dude /me's that he puts in another price, or w/e. But like this? I just never know how much I'll pay. +1 for the "add confirmation window or other way to know the price"
