+1 With the insane amount of time that some people put into this game, it would be sad to see people have their favourite video game taken away because of a mistake/misunderstanding/misjugdement If someone can manage to keep a 100% clean record over 6/8/12 months of active playtime, they clearly have a dedication to the rules, roleplay, and community, and it would suck if they were banned over something like a misinterpreted rule/rules that are harder to understand because they got punished for something ages ago

+1 conditionally, i think its fine and makes sense that we have to buy a new phone just like a new radio. However it should save all your contacts, and the payphone idea is cool You should use phones for RP and not just to call a taxi when you get killed...

When you die and respawn at the hospital you lose your stuff because otherwise there would be no point in killing someone.... but to make it easier on you you get to basically rewind 30 minutes. thats what NLR is. you still die, when you come back, that is the first time your character has ever lived, but he just transfers in and inherits the items and status of someone who died previously. This is how one of the head admins put it, if i remember correctly essentially; If your character John Doe respawns, that is the first time John Doe has ever existed, and the person who died is not John Doe
