It was definitely not balanced. The scales were always tilted towards the LEOs on NGRP, we were allowed to use TeamSpeak, most of those factions had a weaponised vehicle for the majority of the time, and the gangs were not as co-ordinated as they are here, thanks to VOIP. NGRP was anything but balanced lmao. Adding another faction is not the way to go either, if people want to RP a Sheriff they can join PD and patrol Blaine County, they don't need SD. You'd just be spreading the cops out more, not adding more into the server.

At PO II you can apply for the SWAT division and gain access to these weapons. However, if you believe they misused the weapons you can report them on PD forums. This can be used both ICly and OOCly. https://gov.eclipse-rp.net/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=3259

The vehicle upkeep sounds like an amazing idea, if we could adapt it to be more aggressive with cars that are highly modded. IRL if you have a car with an uprated engine, turbo, and transmission, it takes a lot of upkeep it keep it running smoothly. This could add a new area of RP for LSC and Bayview when it comes to vehicle servicing.

You bring up a good point with the RE-7B. However, should we allow drivers with a special form of "Racing" license to purchase this? The racing license would essentially allow people to by cars that wouldn't be deemed "Road-Legal", however they may purchase them and drive them on private ground, such as a car meet (With the possibility of it being transported when the flat bed script is fixed), and if it were to be driven on the road, then there would be legal repercussions.
