The chop shop is virtually unused since the nerf. I think if nothing else, it's a waste of developer's time if their work gets so little interaction.
If need be, increase mors prices but offer a bigger payout to car chopping.

Instead of looking at it as an OOC reason, you can look at it as an in-character reason.
If you're new in town, you can't realistically expect to be treated like a high tier mafia/cartel that would realistically take years of supremacy to achieve. The fact that you're so new you can't afford expensive cars/houses just gives you something to strive for, but it's in no way an OOC blocker.

I could never complain about Mercia's roleplay, you guys are definitively above-average and interacting with you is always interesting because I'm not sure what I'm gonna get.
Keep doing what you're doing and I see you going far. Also the new design is very nice.
