I think this matter is pretty much put to rest by Balling's post in this punishment appeal. However, having an official rule for it might help wide-spread knowledge among the player-base.

This will only hurt new players. I understand realism, but it is a game. New players shouldn't be hindered any more than they already are.

Fact is that if you don't make a rule stating the minimum rp age for erp, then you're indirectly saying that the server don't mind pedophilia.
The game may be a +18, but I'm almost certain that at least 50 percent of the players are under 18.
That's why we need to make sure that there's some proper guidelines, so real life pedophiles can't log into the game and outlive their fantasies on this rp server.
That's why we need an OOC rule.You might be confused as to what pedophilia is. Age of consent is irrelevant when talking about pedophilia. A pedophile is a person that is sexually attracted to someone that hasn't undergone puberty yet. 14+ would make more sense if you are trying to deter pedophiles.

Maybe people would think twice about driving too fast, if they can't reset the visuals easily, and have to pay.that's a RAGE issue, not a server issue.

No, you can not. I don't believe RAGE supports mods, and even if it did, no one else would see them.
The Skyline is a GTA vehicle called Elegy Retro Custom.

I think that everyone should slow down a bit in the city, and this would be a good way to get them to do it.

Players can not see players in other dimensions. If we are in an interior, we are in a different dimension, so for example if I am in prison, with a few cops, I reset my dimension and suddenly they can not see me anymore as we are in different dimensions. The only way to get around this would be to only allow the command when you are in the normal world, but then you wouldn't need to reset it, because the bugs occur when you enter/exit the world.

The GTA models are for the most part well optimized and all mesh together nicely, I would hate to get a mismash of random "realistic" car models, that look out of place in the GTA world.

I feel that one of two things should happen:
1. Make the no car jacking / asset protection script cover the entirety of the NCZ
2. Remove it completely
At the moment it's causing issues with people doing /ncz and saying "we're not in NCZ do /ncz".

It is amazing to see the kind of roleplay happening in prison now, and it's in no small part due to the efforts of these wonderful people.
