I like everything but home cooking. I think having pre-determined locations for cooking makes it an interesting experience because other players will show up.

I have refered at least one friend to the server, and I have not received the credits. He is well past the required experience.
I tried messaging Osvaldon on discord, there has been no response after 14 days or more.

This is a serious roleplaying server, if you are having troubles with the quiz, you should re-read the rules, and maybe brush up on your roleplaying concepts.
There is a report system already, and it's pretty crowded even with the quiz.

I guess an issue is where do you draw the line? What if someone shoots at a person five times with a .50 cal and he doesn't die? Is that refundable? Is it not?
I think that those three videos are all obvious refunds, but it's hard to define what is and what isn't.
Assuming that a reasonable, working definition can be found, this is a huge +1 from me.

I've personally witnessed officers stalling, and trying to make the process as difficult as possible. This should be simple, you pay the fee, you get the car.
They're using this as extra punishment on top of prison times and fines, and I think that's abuse of the system.

Thread has been revamped to match recent character development alongside the leadership. The faction has evolved in-game and through roleplay, and the thread had to be updated to match it.

Welcome!
There's a good number of people that played SAMP before, on different servers, so you're definitively in the right crowd. Make sure to read the server rules to make sure that you do not break any rules that might've not been present in SAMP.
