Im not about super cars, there is a lot of simple cars that are not in server

Yeah, there is like 100+ people now, and maximum 10 of them doing some RP, and knows rules.. everybody stealing cars from NCZ's, we should do something about that. Maybe punish more hard.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Just typed all things, I just cant record it. If its possible please fix that.
