    Up until your faction thread was made, I (and many others) had never heard of "la Fuenta Blanca." I have never seen you at a drug lab. I have never seen you committing a robbery. I've never seen any real criminal RP from your faction. You say it is because you operate in the shadows... But, I do not believe you. There are no screenshots of RP from the server anywhere in your thread. If you cannot prove you are actually participating in RP you are claiming, you do not deserve a warehouse. There are other gangs who are far more deserving and have actually proven their criminal presence on the server, with the screenshots to back it up. All I see from your thread is a bunch of rich guys posing with their toys and pretending like they've been criminals this whole time in order to get a warehouse so they can only get more rich... It's completely unfair to lower tier factions.

    The whole purpose of this extended hiatus from turfs was for factions to show off their groups and prove they are dedicated to the RP required by the server. The reason I did not speak up in your thread until after you became official, is because I simply did not think you would get it. It says right in the guidelines that higher tier factions are far less likely to get official. So why would a "gang" of extremely rich people (admins) get a warehouse in the first wave of official factions?

    The whole concept of how you portray yourselves is just a repeat of how the turfs were previously ran. Purposely avoiding interaction with other gangs or anything "publicly" criminal. You just sit on the free money the turf passively earns. This promotes that same mindset for other gangs. Just write a nice backstory about your gang then just do nothing in the city because its all done so privately that no one would ever know. That contributes nothing to anyone's RP; only your own.

    But, here you are. 1 of the 5 first factions to get a warehouse. Without a single screenshot of RP that you've taken on the server...

    Instead, you've chosen a selection a pretty screenshots and added your own story behind them. 

    In my opinion, that is lazy. You can write any caption you want for those pictures. Without actual screenshots of the RP, how do we know you didn't just go to a location, snap a couple pics, then just leave? How do we know you are actually committed to the RP when there isn't a shred of evidence proving it in this thread? I (and many others) have personally spent hours organizing and participating in large RP events, evident by the screenshots in our threads.

    To that, I ask you this:

    What was the point in organizing these large RP events if we could just take some pretty pictures and write up a nice caption? I was sure that it would factor into the vote; editing on RP or captioning F7 screenshots with no evidence of the real RP behind them would surely hurt you, right? I guess not...


    I don't understand how any normal member of the community couldn't view this as completely biased.

     

    Your faction is comprised almost exclusively of admins (and former admins) for Christ's sake... 

     
    In my opinion, giving this faction official status so early sets a bad precedent and all the negativity is completely warranted.

    They are one of the oldest criminal organizations in eclipse. I think closely following the Irish mob. Real life criminal organizations try to stay hidden, Not to be known by cops or try to never get arrested. They are perfectly doing that ingame. Trying to have character value and try to never get arrested. They are active in criminal activity. they just do it in secret. 

    I think I am not in the wrong but the illegal faction team is aiming in this direction with most if not all gangs who want to become official. Use them and Mercia as a good faction to follow in its footsteps.

  8. Airport jobs (ground jobs)

    Hello everyone! For the people who know me a bit. Know I work for Airport Security. I had some ideas for jobs (non faction jobs) that I see and work with on a daily basis. (Please bare with me as I am typing this on my phone, At the airport) 

    Before I get into the jobs. And before you reply. I suggest going to the airfield ingame. You will see some static airplanes and other cargo areas. After you have been there. Please continue to read.

    Now. Onto vehicles. GTA 5 has a few airport vehicles but not many. So improvise a vehicle. And lets get too it.

    Cargo: Everyday. Millions of boxes of cargo are shipped by airplane. But not many people know (unless you worked at a airfield) how that process goes. Its not the easiest job. Getting a shit ton of boxes off a airplane and in IRL it needs multiple people. But then again GTA 5 does not have the correct vehicles for those. So my suggestion for this is. One of the airplane hangers (they do this IRL too) and a few building around the LS airport can be used. It shall work the same as the trucker job. But then instead of going to a gas station. Or a gun store. You go to one of the airplanes. Or from cargo spot to cargo spot. (Import and export). 

    Passanger bus. For small aircrafts. Who cannot dock at a terminal. Those passangers are transported by bus from a pickup point. Onto "airside" (term used for inside the secured area of a airport. Think of inside the fenced areas) afcourse those passangers have already passed costums. And are brought by 1 or 2 busses to there aircraft. Now we don't have small static aircraft. But we can still use the big once. So the job is the bus starts behind costums. And drives to one of the airplanes then drops the passangers and gets back to base. (Same as bus job but then at the airport) 

    Passanger cargo. (The golf cart looking vehicles) who bring suitcases and other personal items to the aircraft or from the aircrafts too the terminals. So how this work. You start by picking up the items. Go to the first plane. Drop of the items. Head to the second plane. Pick up items. Bring those to the terminal and you get a pay check.

    Now this one might be a bit hard to code in. But if it works. It could be hell of a fun time of a good minigame.

    Security X-Ray Viewer. Every security IRL at the airport (me included) knows how to operate a Xray. so this minigame would be a type of minigame where a X-Ray image(s) (I can give this to the devs As I got millions IRL) would pop by every 10 seconds. And you got 2 choices to click with your mouse. SAFE or DANGER. When pressing danger you got to select the item that is dangerous and it shall reward you with a bonus cash. Completing 10 images without failing would result in a salary pay check. 

    Now I can think of many more. But this will be it for now. And now a friendly picture of my night shift at work.

    Hello sir or miss. Please re-read our rules and what also helps is to read our roleplaying guide on the forums. I have read your quiz answers and they do need some work.

    The reason we make it difficult is to make sure all players enjoy and are able to RP. We understand people need to learn RP too but we want them to know the basics of it at least. We don't want any players that may break or hurt other peoples RP experience.

  20. Need for food and drinks.

    Hello everyone.

    I know this is not a real life simulator. But alot of people like to RP there characters lifes. We RP sleeping. We RP going to work. We RP going to the store.

    Why not add the RP for the need of water or food. You would have to eat and drink at least every ingame day. The effects of not doing so would not kill you. But instead reduces your stamina. Run speed and health bar wont go up above 60%

    I know some people might not like this. But I think it could be fun RP and even make it so for the future to open food places where you can: "I'll have two Number 9's, a Number 9 Large, a Number 6 with extra dip, A number 7, Two Number 45s, one with Cheese, and a Large Soda."
