I agree that engines shouldn't stall when the windshield or so is it. But if your engine gets shot at multiple times, it should stall.

As soon as you get prisoned, the fine of your charge automatically gets withdrawn from your bank account. You were wanted for "Reckless Driving", a misdemeanor, that's why every Officer tried to arrest you.

Reckless Driving is not only a ticket but also jail time.

Basically, you could have a court of appeals. There the charge would be looked through, evidence would be gathered and statements were taken. If the court finds the defendant to be not guilty, he/she get's recompensated for their losses. If found guilty, they would be incarcerated. Furtherly, if the case would take too long, the defendant could be held on bail, until the trail is. @Pistol Pete

-1, then every player could file an IA report and not get arrested. While yes, it is sometimes frustrating to get arrested for false charges, I think a court would be a better solution to this problem.

But nah it's pretty hard during that during pursuits, I mean if you've got a party then sure, but let's say we get multiple pursuits, what do we do then? Radio gives you ear cancer cause it's so loud and having callouts over it would be meh.
And we've got qualified cough cough members to drive high-speed units.

It really isn't mate. VOIP radio is broken, and please enlighten me, how should PD handle pursuits/mass shootings etc?

I honestly do not wan't you to carry on feeling upset regarding my way and style of roleplay and hinder your roleplaying experience therefore, i will change one thing and one thing only, the amount i care about how you feel regarding my RP and that my friend is next to none i regret to inform you. I will continue roleplaying the way i choose to roleplay and i will follow rules and avoid any possible "terrorist" RP in which you may be advising me to enter into.

It wasn't removed, it was modified. You still deathmatched, for the third time. Another problem I personally see with you/your gang is the toxicity on the forums. If you don't give a fuck, then fine, don't give a fuck, but don't think people will change their mind about you or the style your play. If you don't care about other people's criticism, then fine, but don't expect them to change their mind about your, in my opinion, horrible RP. And please don't come about "this is cyberbullying", because it really isn't. I wouldn't waste my time on such a stupid concept.

Since you weren't involved in this situation at all, you were given warning points. You can try and appeal them in the appeals section:

Honestly, I haven't really had that much problems with Lithuanian players in that timezone, my problem is with the US players. During night hours EU time, many US players come on and troll around PD, MD, and the other timezones.
Edit: It's not all US players both rather the new ones.
