  1. Shooting whilst driving

    We use to be able to shoot while driving back in 2017 but the only rule was that we could not shoot backwards as the driver. I had taken a break from the server when the ability to shoot was removed, would anyone happen to know what was the reason. I feel it would be very helpful to know.

    The man known as Black Santa was brought to his knees in the middle of the circle. Jamaar began talking to Black Santa unbeknownst to him would be the last word he would hear. It was evident Black Santa had been a crucial figure in the rise of Wanted but he had betrayed them. Prison Mike pointed back to the line of Wanted who stepped forward and said ''I can't have one person jeopardize all these guys.'' Moments later Prison Mike grabbed a hold of Black Santa's left arm with Jamaar revealing a blade to the crowd. Jamaar grabbed Santa's right arm with one hand revealing Wanted's insignia imprinted into his arm. Jamaar lowered the blade to the insignia slowly cutting the skin off the arm as the man squirmed and screamed. Black Santa at the moment had lost his ties to Wanted as the blade with the skin still stuck to it landed in the center of the circle.

    Black Santa had still not paid for his treason against his brothers and Jamar wanted more. He removed his .50 caliber pistol form his waist band and rested it against the back of Black Santa's head. The tension felt across the room was an ominous feeling. Before Jamaar could execute the man two members of Wanted stepped forward and joined the man on their knees. They told Jamaar to take their lives also if they were to lose a brother they would die as well. These men were loyal fools. They could not stop the inevitable only delay. Prison Mike called for four members of Wanted to approach the fools that had been blinded by loyalty and escort them out by gun point. Jamaar would deal with these members later but now was not the time.

    Moments before his execution it became obvious too the room that Santa was guilty as he folded on the people he had called family. He claimed that he was just being thrown under the bus. A man who had claimed time and time again during this meeting that he was innocent was chirping like a cannery doing anything he could to avoid his fate. The pain in the voice of the leadership of Wanted as they spoke was enough to bring a somber mood to every individual in the vicinity. Tyrone Shakur the man who roamed the city as Black Santa had met his end.     Class three firearms in Los Santos have remained to be a source of currency since the city's conception. Many have invested their retirement funds into mountains of class three firearms. Currently a problem had arisen for the big three importers, someone had deviated from the agreement that had been formed. A meeting was held with the higher ups of Los Zetas and Los Santos Triads arriving first.

    Soon after The Wanted had arrived bringing all available members into the meeting spot with the higher ups joining the circle that had been forming followed by the rest lining up against a wall to observe.     After formalities had taken place the groups got down to the root of the issue that had brought them to this meeting. A member of Wanted who went by the name Black Santa had jeopardized everything that had been done to keep class three firearms as a last resort for many. Black Santa was presented hard facts that he had been selling weapons for personal gain while ignoring the pact that had been made.     I attempted to write a meaningful paragraph 3 times but end up deleting it each time after realizing you will never know what goes in the back end of running a gang on this server.

  12. Treat high Speed Bikes like Super Cars

    Its either people run from pd or they have shoot outs with pd.I know you wanna claim they could just not run but no one wants to spend 2 hours plus in jail dude to weapons charges and ever so common racketeering charge that has been being added to peoples charge lists. Right now the easiest way to prolong your time on the server is to never engage with PD as criminal. I feel by removing access to fast bikes will only cause more ooc issues on the server rather improve the quality of roleplay.

    This is an IC issue not an OOC issue. In real life police don't keep up with Bikes in a 1 on 1 pursuit. If Drags are as valuable as you say the dealerships could easily do what the gun stores did and raise the price of Drags with the script they have available and agree on a stable price for them. If issues like this are resolved oocly to make the playing field more even. Officers should have much more at risk when they die on duty. When a criminal is arrested they lose to the upwards of 20-30 with fines and loss of weapons and impound fees on top of the jail time. Maybe you would be down for officers to lose a set amount of money on death or even a percentage? 

  15. Additional Gas Station for Boats

    Currently we have only two choices too refuel boats. 

    1. Travel all the way down south to the bottom of the map to only gas station available from boats
    2. Purchase jerry cans by the boat load

    My issue with the first choice is that the south side of the map is barley used for boats meaning its a good 20 minute drive from the current available islands. I feel adding a second gas station for boats in the Paleto area would be a great quality of life addition for the server. If the main concern with adding a gas station too Paleto is the one down south would receive minimal business if any we should allow the current owner of the south gas station to own both with the catch being scriptly they share the same gas capacity.
    I don't really have an issue with option two other than having to hope one of the 24/7s near the shore have 4 jerry cans available.

    Currently the gas station for boats down south is just a single gas pump on a dock which could easily be added to north end of the map the same way.
