For starters: the LSPD is not a criminal faction so you're in the wrong section of the forums there.
Secondly, if you scroll down a bit further you can see all government factions, including the police department. Clicking on the police department's link will guide you to the government website. On this website you can create an account and then find the application format and correct section to post it in.-

Unnecessary indeed though maybe something for in the not-foreseeable future, and I completely agree with Andor. Whatever you decide to do while you're driving has consequences, such as crashing your car because you felt the need to text that one person.

The barber shop is located on your map with a scissor-icon.

I'd like to chip in here stating that I worked this out with the individual that had this placed on his record and ended up removing this charge due to him not being aware of the roleplay that was actually going on, he ended up serving 2 hours for both his IC-charges and punishment as he left the server while being arrested.

Issue/bug you are reporting: The menu to get plastic surgery done simply doesn't open.
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Simply press Y on the circle that is supposed to let you open the menu and it won't let you. I had@OsamaBigLag help me check to see if it was just me and it wasn't. She also tried it in full screen mode which also didn't work.

Completely agree with this. Currently it's definitely not worth it to rob a store, if anything it's currently done by new players or people that want police to come after them. I've seen this system before on different occasions, where the reward is higher but also has more restrictions, like in this case being unable to rob a store if there's less than X cops online.

I completely agree with the previous statements about how we shouldn't take even more of the work from the medics rendering them basically useless and making them die out. However, it might still be rather useful for times when there's simply no medics online. There's a difference between completely killing off the faction and preventing people from dying when there's no medics online at all.
Maybe make it a thing that only works when there's absolutely no medics online for the meantime as the faction is being worked on to get more people in it?

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: There's no evidence to post here, but the steps to replicate are rather easy. Simply give keys to someone, wait until a server restart and check the house UI again.

True, but it'll still be as limited. It makes no sense to take out a prison bus for a single prisoner, and you can't fit more than 4 people in it due to GT:MP.
