  1. +1 but this is a suggestion already
  2. also good could be a simpler solution
  3. So right now moving heavy items like drills or other heavy things is usually a very annoying process, as you have to dump everything on the ground or in your glovebox/trunk to pick something up that is 50 pounds. So i want to propose being able to carry any item that weigh 50 pounds or more, such as drills. Additionally I think it'd be nice if you could store carried items directly in crate, like a trunk, which prevents you from having to drop your carried item, store your items in the crate, pick up the item, and put it in the crate, just small changes to make things easier.
  4. This would only make bad rp interactions i dont see how this adds anything positive tbh. If you have a reason to raid someone's house you can just kidnap and force them to unlock/interrogate for safe codes and by fearrp they have to comply. Only condition I could see this being good is if police got thermite or the ability to use the drill to break safes but I think they can already get staff to help with unlocking thermited safes so it isnt really needed for police.
  5. You would definitely make alot of money, i dont mean this in a mean way but im guessing you dont have much experience with trade of goods and money between players. You can still make tons of money selling just plants and being able to home grow it makes it way too easy.
  6. Cant say i support this you could make tons and tons of low risk money doing this, only difference is youd be interacting with players, but still not enough to justify this. Planting anywhere would be good though
  7. High tier gangs use it because it's available and helpful, but its not a necessity, and you can with fights against body armor just harder. I have to fight gangs that use body armor which makes it harder to win but regardless sometimes we can win, it is just always going to be harder cus they are a more established organization. Also there is ammo that does more damage to body armor, and if fighting someone with armor is not efficient or practical to fight then don't, or only take obviously advantageous fights A gang having body armor does not stop smaller gangs from getting a foothold, there are plenty of smaller and medium gangs doing fine without body armor, gangs are not dying because they dont have body armor. Most factions need to be somewhat dependent on other factions to keep good rp faction interaction going (in my opinion at least) and stops factions from being reckless to an extent. And most gangs dont work together to gouge prices or whatever so just because 2 gangs can drop body armor doesn't mean they are gonna work together against everyone else
  8. this is very good i agree it, could even extend outside of just this game really just any game where you may have to fight someone or a team with stronger gear in general that you cant access yet. have to work around it
  9. Yes, gangs that have been around longer and have had time to expand their numbers, resources, connections, and influence over the city are stronger, you have to find out how to work around that, if youre at war with them you should negotiate peace or try to avoid engagements where you dont outnumber them for example, this is kinda what you sign up for when you fight a more experienced, wealthy, connected organization in the city. and you dont need body armor to cook drugs or win fights. Lets say Gang A is a new group with light pistol imports, limited members, and not much capital. The cartel doesnt trust them enough for heavy imports. Why should they match Gang B, a well established gang with alot of money and strong cartel ties? If Gang A is in constant conflict, they should consider diplomacy, using certain tactics, or using certain gear. They could also work on building relationships to avoid unwinnable wars. Making body armor widely available reduces the influence larger factions have beyond combat which in turn could reduce a section criminal faction rp to running solely on pvp. Or get body armor of your own, become a loyal and valuable ally to a gang that can get AP and then ask for it they might give it to you.
  10. in that case yea i think adding 1, 2, maybe 3 labs to rotation might be a good idea, and adding more plantations, good amount of my time on eclipse was as a solo criminal so i understand where the suggestion was coming from. But you also cant make the game too easy for solo criminals or else it lowers player interaction and makes the game feel alot more like gta online. So yea just adding a couple extra labs and plantations i think would be good, makes things easier for small time people but still encourages networking and shit
  11. maybe dont have them close so quickly, unless theres a timer like some others were saying, you could be mid cook and just have your shit vanish off the table (unless it just refunds the stuff to your inventory automatically) also drugs are probably the most profitable activity on the server so it needs to have risk or else you are just spawning in infinite money like with private tables. have to kinda agree with this here labs make too much money to be low risk. i remember when you could spawn in hundreds of thousands of dollars with zero risk daily. going to the most dangerous areas on the server with potentially loads of free loot unarmed alone is always going to be risky. this is why ppl bring guns or go in groups or whatever. you have to rp or you could also get creative and succeed in solo cook, but accept that doing these things solo, or doing anything on eclipse solo will be significantly more difficult cus you are playing the server in an unintended way. you are meant to run into issues and find others who can help you resolve those issues to move to the next level u know. alternatively there are other great ways of making money that arent labs, while you wont make as much most likely, its still possible. so i cant support this suggestion as far as more active labs go except for maybe 1 or 2 more and some extra weed plantations around the map i think would be good to have to alleviate this issue, but you cant have it be too easy
