  1. Actually swag, can't wait to see you in action
  2. I think certain punishments should expire, especially if they were made during your new player period
  3. Like a buzzer at the front desk? Sounds like a good idea. Basically the same thing as /ringprison
  4. Banks are high risk high reward, IRL if a bank robbery went off vast majority of police units would go there instantly. This is GTA, different time zones, people have work/school/life outside of gta. This would've been abused as people would do bank robberies at night when there's no cops around
  5. NCZ isn't free parking. I know the rules, what I'm saying is that if you see someone pushing vehicles out then report it on the forums.
  6. A NCZ is not a safe place to park your car at, if you wanna park then do it at a parking. As much as I agree you need evidence, if someone does it then record and report
  7. Biggest simp ever

  8. Date and time (provide timezone): 2 days ago I think Character name: Joe Roberts Issue/bug you are reporting: If you have a license suspension, new ones will not count towards the time and will be completely ignored Expected behavior: if you have a 2 day suspension and get another 2 day suspension I believe the time should add up not get completely ignored Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: couldn't find a recording of it, get a license suspension, wait around a day and get another 2 day suspension. The time of the new suspension won't be counted in at all
  9. Chapter 2: Grief and a new beginning - It's been a quiet night in Los Santos for Joe, he's been working hard in the criminal underworld and his life was going in the right direction. Until it happened. His mind was stormed with emotions, anger, grief, confusion, everything at once. He froze. He stood there, in the middle of the field of weed, not knowing what to do. It took him moments to realize that the love of his life.. Simply, became the biggest enemy, the only reason for the change. And why you may ask? It's simple, right with the suspicious character of "The New Lover" she decided to rob poor Joe, take away his belongings, his gun, which was the only feeling of security in the world he wasn't quite understanding anymore, and his mask. The white and red mask which was given to him as a sign of respect. He had to go on a mission, but he couldn't do it with his current identity. He had to improvise, change name, appearance, ethnicity, change the way he talked, walked, interacted. The only way for him to recover his faith, respect and his irreplaceable mask. Go on a journey that would spill blood over the streets of Los Santos To be continued..
  10. Always great RP from Ace every time I run into him (or steal his cruiser). Really enjoyed this story and can't wait for more updates
  11. A new chapter - It's been a warm, quiet morning over Los Santos and the sun was rising, following his hobby Joe started to learn a new martial art, Karate. Getting inspired by the Japanese culture he reached out to the best person he knew would answer all his questions.. Mikazuki! After being around and helping out he decided to try his luck and try to join The Rising Suns, he got the good news at the Asian Car Meet that he was accepted to join the Japanese and knew that it will be great fun. What he didn't know was that he's about to start a huge chapter in his life with amazing memories. To be continued
  12. Very interesting and really well designed, can't wait to meet you ic
  13. Very nice story and it features the biggest simp @buta
  14. - RP inside the prison is fun if you behave like a normal human being, if you treat people there normally then you will be treated normally too. I spent about 30h in jail on my crim now and I can easily say 25 hours from that I spent having fun and RPing with other guards/inmates. This goes from watching netflix, cooking lessons, playing tag/hide and seek/squid game (KEKW), listening to music. The best thing about prison is the ability to socialise but if you go around picking fights, abusing guards, being a "dickhead" then you'll be treated like one too, locked up and left there - Prison prices are fine, depends on what you did. Keep in mind that it also accounts all of your unpaid tickets into the fine. So if you had 20k in unpaid tickets it will add 20k on top of your fine. If you don't gave any tickets then the fines are up to 5k at most, that's 10 minutes of oiling.
  15. I swear I've seen spawning happen but it could be bike cops arriving really quickly from behind something making it look like that, thanks for the feedback though
  16. There's been a couple of arguments in the discord recently about general balancing of PD - First thing is vehicle balancing, currently PD has a infinite amount of vehicles that they can spawn in at any time that can out speed multimillion dollar supercars. I've seen it happen multiple times where for example police gets into a cashe with a bike that goes uphill so they proceed to despawn whatever they're driving and spawn a BF400 at the side of the road. Most cops have the mentality of damaged cruiser/low on fuel. Despawn and respawn a new one. There should be a timer added for returning and taking out vehicles which I think should also be moved to the garage underneath the PD which would suit it slightly more. There should be a limit on types of vehicles taken out at a certain time. If we want to keep it realistic then any police department won't have a infinite amount of vehicles, basically restrict the amount of certain vehicles at once. If a cruiser is low health or needs refueling there could be a npc somewhere on mission row grounds that would refuel and repair vehicles. - Second point is general consequences with cops with losing equipment, value of life. Currently I see so many cops pushing dangerous situations without valuing their life. A great example of this is the shop robbery last night, a hostage situation too. There was no value of life of the hostage by the police, a hostage was at gunpoint and instead of trying to de-escalate the situation, trying to talk it out with the person holding the hostage taker which A. Would be interesting rp since hostage situations are rare B. Show at least small value of life towards the hostage. Police just came in guns blazing nearly killing the hostage and the gunman. To me that's just poor rp that happens extremely often. Second thing are the consequences of cops losing equipment, if we're supposed to keep it realistic then if police equipment is lost/damaged then it costs the department money to replace, currently cops have the mentality of "okay of I die I'll wait 30 minutes and spawn everything back in like nothing happened" which was shown in the store robbery. Just run into the shop without any previous scouting of the situation. In reality as stated before you would try to talk it out with the people inside, especially if they're not violent like last night and usually call in SWAT for a hostage situation. - Character deaths/injuries are currently handled in a way where you just respawn at the hospital, just get instantly healed. And you're ready to go. My idea is that if you are injured you should spend 10 minutes inside the hospital to get RPly treated and rest. And if there is no MD around just lay in the bed for 10 minutes, this would provide way more possible rp for MD. Have them take patients around the hospital for stuff like X-rays etc. And if not you'll just lay there. And if it's a criminal that you're transporting and he's arrested then you could just have one or two officers guard the man whilst he waits to "recover". This would allow for way more RP, make it easier to possibly break out people and would make it enjoyable for both sides. Also slightly delay possible rule breakers that don't follow NLR - Speed cameras should send the ticket to the owner of the car instead of the person driving. Realistically the speed camera wouldn't know it's me driving if I have a mask on in a stolen vehicle
  17. Early Life - Joe was born on the 8th of October 1996 in the suburbs of Glasgow where he lived just with his mum Anna. He started primary school where he got bullied for not knowing who his dad is, that's where he found his passion for martial arts where he could escape the bullies and release the slowly building up anger... 3 years later - Joe is now a intermediate in kick boxing, he's able to defend himself and stand against the bullies, he's now 10 years old at gets into his first proper fight after a classmate through his small milk carton out the window saying "Your dad is searching 10 years for that". That's when something inside Joe snaps and using his kick boxing skills and he goes straight at the bully delivering a single punch straight in the nose. High School - Joe continued with his passion for martial arts throughout primary school and high school which was leading him to get into a lot of fights. During his 2nd year in high school he got himself involved in "the underground fight club" where he placed 3rd during his first years and then winning on the second, saving every single pound he made from fighting. At the age of 15 Joe was already excluded from school 5 times for fighting however he managed to quiet down to finish his school exams and at 16 he officially left school. Post school life - Joe left school to seek his future career in martial arts and dreaming of fighting in the UFC, this however never happened and during his 18th birthday he met a American man at the bar, he told Joe that if he wants to seek future he should move to the city of Los Santos in the USA. That's when he made the quick decision to use all his winnings to go and move to the city leaving everything behind and seeking future in the city of dreams. After 6 years he finally moved to Los Santos to start a new life. September 2021 - Arrival at Los Santos - After arriving in Los Santos he quickly got himself in trouble with the law, got himself into the illegal firearms trade, drug trafficking and drug distribution as well as cooking cocaine. He landed himself into prison on multiple occasions where he started making a lot of new friends And during that time he started to rethink his life choices trying to turn his life around, that's when he got offered to join the Felon Reformation Program. After joining the program he started making progress, got a place to live, a car and a lot of new friends. Sadly he got himself into prison again which caused him to fail the program and getting a lot of people disappointed that believed in him.. Reunion with dad (Pier meeting) - It was a warm Friday evening at the pier, Joe was fishing with his new friends when he suddenly got a phone call, he answers the phone and hears a voice he recognizes but isn't sure, the man said "Turn around, you'll see a black SUV, get in it" and hung up. Scared but reassured by the familiar voice Joe went to the car and got in, that's when he realised who the man was.. It was his dad! That's when Joe found out about his dad's criminal organization and got involved wanting to find out more about what happened. Now - Christmas time came and Joe finished his, hopefully, last prison sentence and decided to go back and follow his fighting passion. That's when he decided to form the LSBA - Los Santos Boxing Association and teach combat and self defense skills in the city. He was sitting in his 4 door Sultan Classic when he realized that instead of fighting in championships, he can host them, he got his suit out, got changed and decided that in order to prove himself he needs to go back where he started his journey in Los Santos, prove himself to the people that he left disappointed and show that he can change his life around and go from bottom to the top, living in half a million dollars apartments. To be continued..
  18. +1 Hate having to put a floor above all the stock furniture to make space for tables
  19. Hello, I know some of these were already discussed however here are my suggestions that would make crims more fun and bring a lot of new rp for cops and crims. 1. For the love of god, I hate sitting at humane clicking my mouse 200 times to buy ingredients for cocaine. Just add a box to enter the amount that you want to purchase. If you don't have enough space then the remaining will drop on the ground. 2. Fake IDs. I think this will be a really cool addition for both crims and cops. Currently identifying yourself is very easy and it's impossible to lie. I think it would be fun to have IDs as proper items, same with cop badges etc. It's more realistic and brings a lot of new RP around it. It would bring a new market for crims as you'd have to import blank IDs and then create them. It would also bring new RP for police as they'd have to make sure they ID the right person and that if it's a real id. 3. Fake license plates - same thing as before, ability to take off your license plate and drive without plates or put fake plates on. They would be purchasable from the mechanics where you chop cars. 4. Ability to scratch off serials from guns. Let's say you rob someone who owns a legal gun, you should be able to scratch off the serials to make it a illegal firearm. This means more RP and make players more cautious about their firearms.
