The house is located close to tequilala, surrounded by good houses not the shit houses. This house has 4 garages, the entrance to garage isn't the best one you could get in a house for that price, but when it comes to things that is behind the house it pays off the entrance. Behind house you can find a huge garden (probably one of the biggest ones) with two pools one of them is big, deep one for you, your wife and your family friends and of course there's a small one for all kids who will be in the party. This house has 3 garages, the entrance is probably the most beautiful place in the house, of course after another thing i'll tell you about later. About the back of house there's a deep pool where you can easily dive with your friends, a huge balcony with the best view to the whole town even if the house isn't on the top of the vinewood hills.
