1.1. The reason I believe this suggestion should be implemented is due to the lack of mechanics and availability. So if you desired to flip your car back onto it's right side by yourself you would need to have at least two people. If you were by yourself this function wouldn't work as it would be unrealistic. If it were to be implemented it should be accessible through the Ctrl+X menu.

2.1. For mechanics this would have a negative affect on their business as they would lose most customers. There would still receive customers due to people usually driving around by themselves. For mechanics getting mechanic requests about flipped cars are unusual and rarely happen so I wouldn't believe they would mind if this were to be implemented.

Not to sure if its allowed but you could just log in and out to fix it as in most people eyes the vehicle wont be flipped so if nobody could come and fix it somebody could just come along and steal it, its never fun having to wait hours for such a simple issue.

You mentioned simply logging out and then right after log back in. To my knowledge this is bug abusing feel free to correct me. Another thing you mentioned is desync where on other peoples screens you car is flipped on it's right side. This is another reason I would like for this to be implemented to avoid waiting hours for mechanics.

Yeah you'd need to ask for sure or you could even rp flipping it with some help from somebody with off road vehicle like a kamacho.

It also wouldn't really hurt the mechanic business because they only make money if they repair the car, in fact it would save their time and effort.

I think there should also be like a 10 second timer for the animation of flipping the car.
