An option to remove standard furniture within owned houses/apartments.

This is not something that has been confirmed as in development, so don't take it as gospel, but my intention is to at some point, add shell interiors to the game which are essentially just empty versions of the houses which would then allow for players to be able to furnish as they wish.

We've seen the creativity of some of our players with using the furniture available to them, I can only imagine, given a blank canvas what people could achieve.

+ 1. It's possible and it's super awesome, the entire community would enjoy customizing their own interiors and sharing them with their friends. Also new RP opportunities for people who are talented in designing interiors and wanna start a business out of it.

i would love this to become a thing.

Primarily for creativity reasons, but also to reduce the ammount of clipping issues.

current Building rules are that additions should be realistic as possible and clipping should be kept to a minimum. however if my entire plan for a property is based on a chair, i would like to be able to declare that that chair, that i didnt place, can get fucked.

imagine the value you can add to a house for making a great looking interior, I remember someone completely customized a 2g apartment that eventually went for a million because it was that well done, and imagine being an interior architect it will become a more common thing because of this

Time to bump this again. It'd be dope to have to option for blank interior and decorate it yourself like business properties. Even if its a paid feature or extra funds. Could add rp to it with hiring builders and filing with the government a fee for renovations etc.
