Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Take the car to a mechanic shop and check "exterior". To clarify the video will help what options should be available. Rockstar is very inconsistent with their vehicle customization features and it's difficult to copy the exact same features that GTA:Online shops have. The existing system does not support the requested changes, because the roof cannot be changed with standard vehicle mod functions.
