Ctrl X and right clicking property ceiling completely breaks the game

Issue/bug you are reporting: Hitting ctrl x then right clicking the ceiling of any property shows up a nasty error message and makes the game funny.

Expected behavior:  Ctrl X then right click on the ceiling should not break the game.

Enter a property then press ctrl x and right click the ceiling. An error message pops up
