Return /dropbody for dead bodies to MD

With the introduction of coroners, the ability to drop dead bodies off at MD was removed. This was likely to encourage the use of coroners, but unfortunately, the coroner job just hasnt payed off. While I am not suggesting to remove them, and if people want to post fixes for coroners, I think we should be able to drop bodies off at MD, rather than either calling for a coroner or dropping a body in a bush.

+1 this should be added again and the ability to sell human meat either at the meat drop off or at a npc

-1, securing calls in the coroner job is tough enough as it is; adding this is another way to reduce coroner need

A better middle ground may be to allow /dropbody at MD locations which generates a request to the coroner queue (just like a call), basically stockpiling the body count at hospitals for coroners to collect
