Buying Credits via PayPal BUG

Recommended Posts

Okay, so I'm trying to buy 100 euro worth of credits.

Everytime I try the transaction doesn't go through.

Maybe your PayPal what runs the Eclipse Role Play store is limited and can't receive transactions?

I know for a FACT it's not on my end.

What I've tried;

1) My debit card via none paypal user account check out.

2) We tried to use TWO of his debit cards and that didn't work.

3) Then we tried his paypal account and that didn't work

We've tried three devices.

Two iPhones and my main computer.

We've tried it on home connection, on 4G & also a proxy running through opera browser.

He also sent me the login to his paypal account to me and I tried on my computer that didnt work.

Have you got any other way I could pay?

Any resellers I can send UK bank transfer to?

Anyone who accepts crypto currency?

Please look in to this,

Thank you.

Hello, you can try making a PayPal account and adding money to your PayPal balance, it should then give you a more precise error, also, PayPal does not accept pre-paid cards.

Hi I just tried again use a halifax bank, still doesn't work.

Any chance you could send me a direct email so I can send to you and you manually do it just this time? I want 100 euros worth of credits.

I can send family & friends, or goods and services.

What ever you'd like.

Other wise going to have to skip on this.

I've tried everything possible.

If so, send me a message with what payment method you'd like & to what email.

I'll send you the transaction ID etc

Hello, please try creating a PayPal account and adding money to your PayPal account balance as I said earlier, this would give you a clear and precise error as to why it doesn't work.

I'm afraid the panel will not give the user a precise error and will show "Network Error" whenever there's a problem with the transaction regardless of the actual reason. Furthermore, PayPal is most likely not going to accept pre-paid cars and our panel will display the same error. However, you can go to PayPal and try adding money to your PayPal balance directly to get a more precise error message. Finally, we do not accept any payments other than those available on the panel.
