vajo Posted May 4, 2021 Report Posted May 4, 2021 Date and time (provide timezone): 4 may/2021 +4GMT Character name: Vajo Smith Issue/bug you are reporting: apartment price is going down Expected behavior: fix and stabile price Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: so what is happening is I bought this apartment yesterday as it was reducing the price as we say in game this was the apartment what government placed for us (so it was from the guy who got banned).after I bought this apartment I decided to list it as a sale yesterday and once i came back on as it was for 550k at the morning time it was down to 307.270 so it still gets price reduced.after that i posted the report and as admin stated to me that I should have posted it here,here it is.this is 2nd attempt what I did today logged off went in around 30min later on and price was down too,would be glad to see it fixed. https://prnt.sc/12hkioi https://prnt.sc/12hkj3p 1
NxmeLess Posted May 10, 2021 Report Posted May 10, 2021 This is happening to me as well. Recently purchased an apartment to flip it however it continues to decrease in price after I list it. Below are two screenshots, the first at 5/10/2021 01:14 UTC when I listed the apartment for $400k. The second is 5 minutes later (01:19 UTC) where the price had been reduced by $3,470. IMG 1 IMG 2 1
