urbach wiethe Posted April 23, 2021 Author Report Posted April 23, 2021 I have updated my DNS settings. I was getting this before and I am still getting it. Before launching the game the rockstar launcher says offline mode.

urbach wiethe Posted April 23, 2021 Author Report Posted April 23, 2021 I tried deleting the folder. I also tried reinstalling rockstar game launcher. It shows rockstar is running in offline mode.
jason Posted April 23, 2021 Report Posted April 23, 2021 Check that your firewall/windows settings aren't disabling the rockstar launcher from accessing the internet.
urbach wiethe Posted April 23, 2021 Author Report Posted April 23, 2021 I have checked and it is enabled, just incase I tried disabling my firewall and it did not fix it.
jason Posted April 23, 2021 Report Posted April 23, 2021 Go into C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Launcher and delete all the .dll files except mlt_libovr.dll, steam_api64.dll and ucrtbase.dll then open the launcher and let it re-download the files. Tell me if that works.

urbach wiethe Posted April 26, 2021 Author Report Posted April 26, 2021 I have tried the fixes and it didn't work. I have also done a clean re-install of windows because my computer was running slow. I also tried using a VPN and it fixes the offline mode problem, but I can't connect to the server.
