Expected behavior: Outstanding charges to not show under the unpaid tickets login notice as they were removed from the /payfine list. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Give a player a charge and have them reconnect. The outstanding ticket notice will show up and when they try to pay it says they have no tickets to pay. Vehicle license plate number*: N/A
