It also very different not seeing cars, NPC's, animals, etc etc running around on their own. Is this how the server always is? Just wondering is all.

Sometimes late in the night time US times can be lower population, but we sometimes peak at around 50-60 on a good day. It really depends. We are currently lower than normal also due to being blacklisted by GT-MP and a GTA update which needs downgrading because GT MP doesn't support it, and some users have difficulty with that. We expect a population / activity increase soon when we release our Rage-MP server once it is finished. Thanks! Discussion archived.
