One person was completely invisible, a person I've unknowingly killed, and smashed into while they were in a vehicle (truck). Even after multiple relogs and restarts it still persisted. Other players did see that person but I certainly did not. My ping is usually around 180ms to 200ms and that's fine as that hasn't been an issue.
