In the new ECRPHELP menu, under Jobs -> Fishing, 'F2' is no longer used to stop fishing as this has been changed to 'Y'. Under Courier, The same 'F2' command is seen yet that description of the command has nothing to do with the job. Under Garbage Collector, There is a missing '/unload' command with action being "Unload collected trash." The requirement being "-Must be at the unload checkmark/point."

Your player name: Nok_Black Issue/bug you are reporting: Some players look and seem fine but others have no head. One person was completely invisible, a person I've unknowingly killed, and smashed into while they were in a vehicle (truck). Even after multiple relogs and restarts it still persisted. Other players did see that person but I certainly did not. My ping is usually around 180ms to 200ms and that's fine as that hasn't been an issue.
