Set Vehicle Spawn Variables / Mods

There are quite a few vehicle / mod bug issues and requests from faction city workers to improve some of these things.

Modification / Fixes requested

  • Allow government faction leaders to set a color number to spawn that vehicle. This will allow a setting per vehicle.
    • Vehicle Name | Color | Hash = Oracle XS | 5 | 1348744438 . This could allow spawning of a vehicle based on that vehicle or use. You can use this to see color numbers and samples.
      • DCC could spawn white or black stretch limos, white busses, yellow cabs and coffee colored Super Diamonds,
      • Law Enforcement could spawn dark blue, dark green or black vehicles.
      • Mechanics can spawn gray or brown vehicles.
      • Government could spawn white, gray or brown.
      • Weazel could spawn white, black or gray.
  • Make modifications 'officially set' to faction spawned vehicles.
    • If you '/modview' most faction vehicles and sometimes in a crash when you return, you'll find the vehicle no longer has any modifications.
    • Have these variables either refresh on entry or when spawned to 'lock them in'.
    • I believe this could have an added bonus to fix the issues of blank vehicles on spawn (client side) and 2 turbo not working.
