I have asked in discord about this issue and was told it was my internet

This can't be the reason because I have 800 mbps download speed and little to no packet loss

I have also tries reinstalling GTA, and even went to the extent of factory restarting my PC

After all of these things I still have the issue. It was not always like this.

Hello, I have the same issue and my download speed is 13-16 mbps. I'm using a VPN on TCP protocol and it fixes the delay, I suggest you to do the same and check if it works or not.

It all really depends on your ping and how many people are using your bandwidth. Ive had the same problem with having 5 people on the same bandwidth with 500 down and 600 up. With time it eventually fixed. Are you still experiencing issues?

No after I factory reset my computer twice the issue was fixed.

So I have found this to be related to CPU lag... least that's when I experience it most... its more recently predominate since the new clothing system was put in place. It effects not only inventory but all popup menus (clothing, houses, cars, MDC etc.) Its annoying but not game killer. Least for me. I have adjusted settings to reduce its frequency by adjusting the CPU heavy graphics settings.
