Technical issue verification

So when I try to verify my account on the website so I can go to the panel and buy credits it keeps telling me something went wrong try again but I knkw the information I put it is correct. Someone please help

If is currently disabled but the panel is asking for your email. Are you verified ingame? If not, you should have a code to enter. The forums is a different system.

Yes I am verified in game and the forums I have an account but I have not verified my account cuz when I do on the first step it tells me that something went wrong try again @x97d

I am having this same issue. I can't complete profile and when I log out of panel and back in, says I am unverified. Is there a solution to this?
