MPheonix Posted May 14, 2020 Report Share Posted May 14, 2020 I had the same issue when trying to change facial hair, I would press confirm twice and nothing would happen. However, when I selected a different hair style as well as different facial hair, it worked when I pressed confirm. Try changing more than one thing and it might work for you.
