The new /modview menu has been released! It includes a completely new menu, a couple of new mods:

New interior mods; 
New "street" wheels; 
New xenon colors; 
Interior colors; 
Convertible rooftop colors; 
Dashboard and plaque colors; 
Ability to use any two types of paint (primary/secondary); 
Ability to use pearlescent on any type of paint; 
Ability to select front and rear motorcycle wheels independently; 
Extra components (or random components, could be a rooftop, just a cupholder inside the interior or other small accessories). 
Added vehicle specifications to the /modview menu; 
Vehicles with 1/2 or 2/2 turbo have all been given the maximum turbo which is now known as 1/1.

The new menu features a replication of GTA Online stats, BUT the GTA Online stats are not that much reliable as there is a dozen of additional factors that influence the end performance of a vehicle. It's best to do your own research or to ask the experts in game (like dealership owners, racers or mechanics) for advice.

[Lotteries] Added a self-sufficient Powerball lottery that repeats every week!

To participate in the lottery you should choose your own numbers and purchase a ticket from a general store for $500. 5% goes to the general store and 95% goes to the lottery prize pool. There will always be 6 winning divisions that will share parts of the overall prize pool! To win the lowest prize (division #6) you will need to guess at least 2 main (blue) numbers! The lottery will repeat weekly and all the unclaimed prizes will be transferred over to the next lottery increasing it's total prize pool! The lottery tickets are inventory items that need to be manually cashed after the lottery had ended!

[Notifications] Added more types of notifications which can be particularly useful to newer players!

We've added just a few of them so far, but if the feedback is good, we'll add/replace even more of them! If you see the top right notification on your left (behind the chat box), then you might need to restart your GTA V!

[DLC] Added a new MLO interior for the Los Santos Customs faction.
[Doors] Added lockable doors to the upper floor of the new LSC interior (requires another server restart).
[Mechanics] Re-added the automatic repair stations (and added support for multiple repair stations per mechanic workshop).
[Mechanics] Increased the maximum proximity needed to use the /MechService and /Modview commands so they cover the LSC interior.

[DLC] Updated the new Kamacho liveries to ones of much better quality, made some fixes to the sheriff livery in accordance with player feedback.
[DLC] Updated the Police Kamacho to display an empty computer screen by default, but when spawned by either a PD or SD member, it will automatically set the correct livery and computer screen.
[DLC] Fixed Police Kamacho (and Emergency Kamacho) performance upgrades so they have the same potency as the civilian Kamacho.

[Police] Added a sheriff livery and sheriff computer screen to the Police Kamacho when spawned by a member of the Sheriff's Department.
[Police] Added an ability for PD/SD to choose the livery of their vehicle on spawn, which is useful whenever the Police Kamacho unmarked livery is needed.
[Properties] Fixed a bug that caused certain properties to be auctioned instead of being sold normally.
[Weazel News] Added the ability to use the /WeazelReport and /WeazelReportOffer commands within or near the new Weazel News interior.

We have decided to temporarily remove the "darker nights" update due to player feedback and technical issues (ex.: neons not working due to this mod)! We would still like to have darker nights, but the mod needs some adjustments and some issues need to be resolved first. DLC updates sometimes require players to restart their game for the updates to take effect!

[Interiors/Map] Updated the LSC interior and removed the tire wall barriers at the driveways to the main LSC area.
[Lotteries] Fixed a bug that assigned "today" as the start date of new lotteries once the previous one had ended.
[Lotteries] Added an option for philanthropist players to donate to the lottery prize pool.
[Lotteries] Added a statistics window so players can check the stats of recent lotteries (prize pools, tickets, shares, etc..).
[Lotteries] Added an option for players to randomize their lottery ticket numbers (either click the "Randomize" button to randomize all empty number slots or click on a number slot with a dice icon to randomize that particular number).
[Lotteries] Updated lotteries to divert all unclaimed prize pool money to the prize pool of the next Powerball (previously, it would only divert the money of divisions without any winners).
[Lotteries] Added the option divert a percentage of the lottery ticket sales towards the government (not just the general stores) and the shares have been adjusted from 5% and 0% to 2.5% and 2.5% for the stores and government (1% and 0% for the Lithuanian server).
[Lotteries] Changed the minimum prize pool from $50.000 to $100.000. The government will donate the minimum amount before a new lottery is announced if not enough money is diverted from the previous lottery. 
[Mechanics] Re-added the automatic repair stations (and added support for multiple repair stations per mechanic workshop).
[Vehicles] Updated the audio and sirens of the police/medic Kamacho. The police/medic Kamacho now uses as much fuel as the civilian Kamacho. Note that the new police vehicles (and future additions) are meant to have identical performance stats as civilian variants.

[Character Selection] Fixed a bug that caused the character creation to be come unresponsive in case of errors (ex.: player name already taken error).
[Charges] Fixed an issue jail/prison time to be added in seconds instead of minutes for players already in jail/prison.

Coquette BlackFin - increased the fuel capacity from 24 liters to 62 liters.
Furia - increased the fuel capacity from 27 liters to 72 liters.
Nightblade - reduced fuel consumption by 33%.
