My proposition is either an EMI monthly(oocly weekly) payment of around 10k - 15k or a rent of 5k per month(weekly oocly). Do you care about location and anything like that? And what are you looking to use the club for?
MrJangoon Posted May 9, 2020 Author Report Posted May 9, 2020 I am looking to use the club as a nightclub and a source of income. My only care about location is that its in the city and not in the Grove/mirror park area
