Appetizers

Garlic Bread in a basket

First Course (Italian):

Pasta/Spaghetti/Ravioli in bianco
Olive oil, garlic, origano, melted parmesan, black pepper.

Pasta/Spaghetti/Ravioli alla bolognese
Tomato sauce, minced meat, basil (and dry parmesan).

Pasta/Spaghetti/Ravioli al pomodoro
Tomato sauce, basil, garlic, cooked cherry tomatoes.

Pasta/Spaghetti/Ravioli al pesto
Pesto sauce: melted parmesan, basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic.

Pasta/Spaghetti al pomodoro with meatballs
Tomato sauce, beef meatballs (made with parsley and eggs).

Pasta/Spaghetti alla marinara
Tomato sauce, mussels, shrimps, clams, olive oil, parsley, garlic.

Pasta/Spaghetti/Ravioli alla carbonara
Eggs, black pepper, sheep cheese, ham.

Pasta/Spaghetti/Ravioli all’arrabbiata
Spicy tomato sauce (with garlic, chili pepper and pieces of cooked tomato), olive oil.

Risotto (with cheese)
White onions, melted parmesan, butter, black pepper, olive oil.

Risotto with mushrooms (and cheese)
Chiodini mushrooms, champignons, butter, parsley, pepper, parmesan, white wine, onions, olive oil.

Risotto with ham or bacon (and cheese)
Ham or bacon, sheep cheese, onions, garlic, white wine, pepper, olive oil.

Second Course (Italian):

Lasagne (alla bolognese)
Lasagna sheets, tomato sauce & minced meat, onions, milk, celery, pepper, besciamella (with milk, flour, nutmeg, butter) and parmesan.
One tray: 6 dishes.


Baccalà
Stockfish, garlic, milk, black pepper, parsley, olive oil, baked polenta or garlic bread.

Duck in orange sauce and potatoes
Duck, oranges and juice, black pepper, butter, thyme, rosemary, oranges liquor, white wine, olive oil.
Baked potatoes with pepper and olive oil.
One duck: 4 dishes.


Scaloppine in lemon sauce
Veal slices, lemon, flour, white wine, butter, black pepper.

Fiorentina Steak
500g steak, black pepper (and salt), basil, rosemary, olive oil.

Desserts (Italian):

Cannoli siciliani
Cannoli: flour, white wine vinegar, eggs, cacao, sugar, lard, liquor,
Inside: ricotta cheese, chocolate chips, sugar.


Tiramisù
Savoiardi biscuits, mascarpone cheese, eggs, coffe, sugar, cacao.

Zabaione
Cream made of egg yolks, sugar, sweet wine. Served with sweet biscuits.
