They don't have many members but are meeting with other gangs and are trying to get their name around. The Gunners were started by James Willian and Troy Clevers. They came to town with an aspiration in mind, to start a professional gang. The Gunners are different than most gangs. They aren't trying to be a disruption to the public, but rather an underground gang that does their own things in the city. 1
