Weecey Posted April 4, 2020 Report Posted April 4, 2020 (edited) So, i was in Tequilala playing poker the other day, and was quite impressed with how the poker worked, especially through a GTA type of framework. But it sprung something else to my mind, one being, why do we not have a similar blackjack script? I attended the casino on Friday evening, and was participating in their version of blackjack, but it just made no sense, and i believe it should be worked on because dicing 1 to 6 every time, instead of getting a actual card laid down, is kinda poor RP. I think something similar to the poker script would work, but only the dealer can start the game. The script would then lay out 2 cards for the player, and then give the dealer 2 themselves, showing the player, dealer card 1. Then if the dealer does not have 21, the option for the player to hit or stand should be available, once the game has ended, the cash should be awarded correctly dependent on the winner and betting stake. If this script was to be made flawlessly, i think a option to double-down and split if you have 2 cards the same should be added. As it would follow the traditional blackjack rules, this is just a idea from myself, however I do think this would give a proper and correct experience, especially in the casino each week. Although, i do think if this was made, it should only be available against real players in the server, where both parties can lose money, and not AI Driven. Let me know what you guys think, and thanks for reading! Reece. Edited April 4, 2020 by Reece_1303
CaesarSeizure Posted April 5, 2020 Report Posted April 5, 2020 +1 this has been suggested previously and it is still something that would be great, even if it would be limited to the casino right now, it would be good. They already have players vs the house, meaning that the money is not "spawned in" and it could also allow multiple people to play at the same time.
Guapomese Posted April 21, 2020 Report Posted April 21, 2020 +1 can't we just take over the gta online blackjack?
funkop1 Posted May 14, 2020 Report Posted May 14, 2020 +1. They should also shuffle the deck each round to avoid card counting.
