Amirali Posted March 25, 2020 Author Report Posted March 25, 2020 sorry but this costs more guys,its near to hunt spots and mines and shop and gas station and everything you need and its out of city ,locations is pretty good and extra garage included you cant make this for 1g houses at city .they are all 200-250k, so this worths 350k but for real buyer i can lower
mikebumbum Posted March 25, 2020 Report Posted March 25, 2020 1Gs in city got for 150-250k depending on location most people with money dont care about being close to mining or hunting because most people with that much money dont do those things my last offer will be 220k because this isnt a stand alone 1g and has about 5 neighbors and no land at all the more secluded/bigger building the more money a place is worth
