Navster Posted February 8, 2020 Report Posted February 8, 2020 Date and time (provide timezone): GMT Character name: Jimmy Santa Issue/bug you are reporting: I cannot log in because every time I go on is asks me to verfiy my account and when I click the link you provide me trough email it comes up with could not find activation code! Expected behavior: For me to be able to log into my account Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Email it provides me: https://imgur.com/a/Z7VV6bK Error code on website: https://imgur.com/a/ncWlpAp Error code on game: https://imgur.com/a/WTaPei6 I have also tryed to use the Google authenticator to solve the isssue but when I click setup on the Eclipse Panel nothing happens.
Aieos Posted February 8, 2020 Report Posted February 8, 2020 1. Log out of the panel. 2. Click the link in the email. 3. Refresh the web page. 4. Log back into the panel. This is a common issue, and this fix works 90% of the time, give it a shot, and let us know if it still persists.
