dawpi Posted January 11, 2020 Report Posted January 11, 2020 Hello @Shush, the system identifies that your email was already used to create an account, therefore, I doubt it will allow you to create another account, even if the user of the email wasn't you. I would recommend attempting to create an account using an alternative, well secured email if you do possess it.
