Cannot import zip ties to general stores

Issue/bug you are reporting: Zip ties were removed from stores due to them being bugged, now they have been fixed, they should have been added back to being importable by general stores, they were not. 

Expected behavior:  Being able to import zipties via the general store owner menu (Y)

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Open up general store menu with Y and they are not on the import list.
