When running inside buildings, the player will slow down to being almost slower than walking and have his left arm kind of stuck in a position, like he's holding something. I encountered this while being inside the PD precinct and the butcher place. Switching into first person has the same result. Expected behavior: I expect to run normally inside buildings, without being slowed down and having the animation stuck.
