I've not long been here in the city and working a normal job ( Bus Driver, Farmer ETC) the pay is not that great and will take ages to grind the cash up. Now days to buy a property is crazy money. I've also got a felony so the government wont be employe me. Should make this a one time offer loan! To help new and standanding members get on there feet!
