Billryethejewishguy Posted November 17, 2019 Report Posted November 17, 2019 This just seems to me common sense, why would you have to buy a new gun legally when you run out of bullets you are not a reaper cosplayer throwing guns away because it runs empty, allow the sale of weapon magazines or bullet boxes. 1
