Just remember the first job new players get is bus driver. For bus driver job it stalls you at every single stop. The concern with a suggestion like this is that I imagine there wouldn't be nearly enough mechanics to handle this kind of demand. Cars are already too likely to stall IMO. And when it stalls, you have to already wait a minute for it to start again. So, I think its balanced, if anything it should stall less often and it'd be all good.

If it doesn't already let you buy ammunition, it definitely should, it makes no sense otherwise. What's the alternative, go buy it from an illegal gun dealer?
