shankzalot Posted August 18, 2019 Report Posted August 18, 2019 I have been away for 2 weeks or so and just tried to log back in. I am unable to log in to my account. I am getting a verification email, when I have been playing for months prior to this. Also, I am getting prompted for 2FA Google Auth, when I don't recall setting up 2FA. I see that there are many other people reporting the same issue, is there a fix to this, if so can we get a sticky post in Tech Support so we can get back on the server? 1
snrhasay Posted August 18, 2019 Report Posted August 18, 2019 BUMP. I've been in contact with Admins still trying to figure out a solution. Even them verifying the account for me hasn't resolved the problem.

Emulsify Posted August 26, 2019 Report Posted August 26, 2019 Hey there @snrhasay and @shankzalot, once you receive the email for the google authentication click the link then once it opens refresh the page. If it doesn’t work the first time try again with another link. On a side note please use the correct format next time.
