BUMP. I've been in contact with Admins still trying to figure out a solution. Even them verifying the account for me hasn't resolved the problem.

Also have been dealing with this issue for quite some time. Was previously able to log in no problem. Have been active in the server for over the month. Now all of a sudden I'm unable to login and have not received any assistance from admins.

Posting on Ban appeals as well to make sure I'm covering all bases.

Able to access my panel, and everything looks good but sadly I'm still banned?

Update: Randomly refreshing the panel page and I gained access to my account. Everything looks good from here, no ban on file. I'll attempt to login and keep you all updated.

Issue Being Reported: Went to log in after being on vacation. Apparently banned? Went to check my Eclipse Dashboard to see what the heck is going on. It says "You are currently unverified.. Please check your email for the verification steps." then asks for a Google Authenticator which is enabled somehow? I don't recall ever doing that. So I get the authenticator on my phone and try to submit it to log in and nothing is working. I'd like some answers to a) my ban b) why I can't access my panel all of a sudden.
