It is maxed except for 1/2 turbo and no suspension as suspension can have negative effects on the car. Huh a stock 9f goes for 286k so no, not for 230k. A maxed 9F would usually go for 340k or around that value unless the owner is super desperate for money that he is willing to lose money on the deal
