As i read it it sounds like you cant even transport items one point to another without being robbed... Thatd kinda kill the mood i think? And i was wondering if there were some tips for when im finally through the queue (5th day here... lol) Ill also be looking for friends on the server! So if anyone wants to start text-rp on the forum or dm before i can start, thatd be great!
Aldari Posted August 6, 2019 Report Posted August 6, 2019 I personally do not get robbed very often, but I guess it depends on what you do that'll determine how often you get robbed. If you're a criminal you're probably more likely to get robbed, especially if wearing gang colours. However, as a new player, you will not be able to be robbed by other players for your first few hours on the server, unless you participate in crime yourself. My only tip would be RP as just a normal civilian for a while. Don't immediately get onto the server and look to join a gang or pick a fight. Instead be a bit passive for a while, especially if you're new to RP. New players are particularly vulnerable to breaking our deathmatching rule, so I'd say avoid getting into situations where you're going to attack or rob someone until you're more familiar with RP and our rulebook.
kenichis Posted August 7, 2019 Report Posted August 7, 2019 Definitely think about what you want to do with your character, and I agree with the above that you should stay passive until you decided on what you want to do. If you get an early record or break a lot of the traffic rules and get multiple fines you’ll struggle exploring your options as a record will basically get rid of any chance you have at joining the government factions. Don’t be to hasty at making a 2nd character as you don’t want to run out of slots when you get a new idea of who to roleplay as.
